Currently out of print. This book was once
readily available and sold like hotcakes through Amazon.com (in that venue,
it outsold one of Michael Crichton's books), but I've been so busy over the
past year that I haven't had time to reprint it. I will eventually
reprint it and once again offer it via Amazon.com and other booksellers.
USED copies are available on Amazon.com. Lately, they're
selling for almost $80 per copy. Thus, previously buying this book
would have been a good investment!
Note: The used copies being sold on Amazon
(and elsewhere) are of the out-of-print first edition. You can download
a revised and expanded edition from me (gaze two columns over to your left)
for FREE. If you want a printed copy of this updated edition, you can get
that from me only. If you want one,

printing and binding individual books is horrendously inefficient; it takes
about two hours to make one book).
